Every day I have a peruse of the Print and Pattern Blog here. Despite only being vaguely creative I am, nonetheless, interested in design and this is a fabulous site. Over the years even friends of mine have been featured (how fabulous is that?!) and I’ve been introduced to many, MANY new ideas and sites – including my beloved Etsy.
Pretty much every day I covet something featured, either directly or indirectly and , far from making me feel like a rabid consumer, I feel quite good about myself and confident in my own tastes. That’s probably because, on my income, coveting rarely leads to buying.
So, dear reader, covet away. It costs nothing to want after all.

Jumper
After nursing a nasty bout of flu – lovely way to see in the New Year – I’ve been pottering around t’internet and watching movie trailers. Yes indeed, the title of this post refers not to some ghastly and unwanted Christmas gift but to a movie. A movie of which the trailer had me clapping my hands with glee. Oh, I know it will lack all the interest and promising storyline the trailer portrays, but I still want to part with a bit of money and make the long journey to the ‘local’ cinema to see it. And its not alone. Be Kind Rewind, Cloverfield, the new National Treaure, No Country For Old Men and The Savages are all likely candidates for a large bag of Minstrels (possibly even peanut M&Ms) and a few hours spent in a darkened room.
Is it just me or is there definitely a surfeit of ‘must see’ movies already this year?
